not only was it an Inferno tie in but also a Milestone issue with it being issue 300, and they had quite a unique line up of Avengers in this issuse as well - fantastic addition!
This issue was the last in Big John Buscema's 1980's run that went back almost four years. The original Avengers series was never again as good as it was when Buscema was at the helm.

Great page! There's such a range of line styles and hatching work here from Palmer, who was clearly loving inking this page. Such a great artistic pairing.
