Description
Stephen Sadowski redefined the JSA for me visually the same way Johns and Robinson redefined their place in the DCU. Sadowski wasn't on my radar before this book, but he has been on it every since.

He added definition to these characters in a way no one really had since Staton. Of course, Parobeck did great work on them, but it always seemed a bit like a homage to me. Here, for a lot of reasons, Sadowski - along with a few great inkers - had the freedom to bring them into modern comics storytelling.

Here, Andrew Pepoy, does a great job on the inks. Playing a lot with shadows and darks while also keeping Sadowski's lines crisp.

Got this from eBay several years ago. Didn't realize I hadn't posted it until recently.

A really touching character moment between father and son, CAF should feature this one on Father's Day!
