These were always so intriguing as they weren't put out by DC, but had the same quality of cover artwork if not better than the regular series next to it on the stands because of the classic stories they represented.
This was the last of a five issue series released in the mid 1980s, hence the Legion logo from that period, but everyone is dressed in their original 1960s costumes.
The interior of this issue contained Mark Waid's notes on the plots of Adventure Comics #370-380 and Action Comics #377-390. I wonder whether he put this together for his own reference and then realized there might be a market for it. LSH has the largest roster of any super-team, so any writer on the book would be well served to have a reference like this to remind them of who did what, and when.
Very memorable
Really nice composition and of course Supergirl!
I knew you would like this one !
