From The Frozen World of Ota, this strip is one of Boba Fett’s very first comic appearances—published weeks before Marvel’s Star Wars #42. Drawn by Russ Manning and distributed by the Los Angeles Times Syndicate, it is among the earliest surviving artworks of the iconic bounty hunter.

So much hype of the character in toys, the cartoon, comics and strips like this!  People even speculated Boba Fett would be the main villain of ESB being so cool in design and the lone wolf attitude!  These early Russ Manning strips for SW are always great to see as they are a reminder of how pervasive the brand was throughout pop culture.
