Romain,
I feel ya, brother. Not certain how long you have been collecting...but I have been since the early 90's. Since then, this "hobby" has gotten waaaaaaay out of control. The up side - Purchases I made are worth a lot more $$$. The down side - Getting harder and harder to continue.
BTW - I love Starlin's work. I don't know what you paid for It (not sure I want to)...but it's a great piece.
Thanks man much appreciated !!
Been collecting since the mid 80's and i agree 100% to your comment !!
Yeah it's pretty cut throat out there, but a fantastic page to take home!
Elle est terrible 🤩
Great page.
Love 3 panel pages - super example of a classic battle!
This is a fabulous page nonetheless. Many congratulations! And I know precisely how you feel as I explain in my description of my DD page which you so kindly commented on.
As good as it gets! Huge congrats!
Congrats! The Starlin Hulk vs. Thing Marvel Fanfare issues are awesome and this is one of the best pages from the run!
One of the great Hulk vs Thing Battles! It's one that is done right with a lengthy battle. This is a prime page with the punches doing most of the talking.
Well done, well said
It is so sad to read your description, unfortunatelly all what ypu say is true. The ugliest part of the hobby is the envy. But! poor guy the one was biding against you... what a sad and badass life! Fortunatelly this masterpiece is shinning in your collection.
So good!
Spectacular battle page! Who is strongest? We know!
Thing may get in the first punch, but the last punch is the most important and we know it is the Hulk who always lands that punch. Glad to see that you landed the last punch on this auction, and were able to take home this beautiful beast of a page. Congratulations!
A really nice page! The opening blow from the Thing is so hopeful. I'm sure in years to come you will feel the price ever more worthwhile.
