Art is by longtime DC artist Curt Swan (1920-1996) - better known for his long association w/Superman - w/inks by Rodin Rodriguez. Page features eight action-packed panels, showing Batman shutting down shooting gallery, w/the expected resistance and gunfire. Two panels show him deploying batarag to disarm one gunman. Batman appears in all but one panel, first panel showing him punching shooter through target w/his image on it. Top margin has inked title and issue/page numbers. Some scattered blue pencil editorial notations along left margin. Left corners have been clipped as has lower right corner, none affecting art. DC copyright inkstamp on back, which has some scattered aging. Front displays no such aging, w/art remaining clean and Exc.
