Art is by Rich Buckler (1949-2017) w/inks by Jerry Ordway and features six panels, showing members of the All-Star Squadron and the Justice Society of America flying over Pearl Harbor on Dec, 8, 1941 on their way to Japan to answer for the previous day's attack. The Spectre is seen w/Robotman in first panel as he projects protective aura around Shining Knight and his mount Victory while Superman is seen in remaining panels, being blasted by shells (caption noting this is Earth-Two Superman, who is not as impervious as his Earth-One counterpart) as Johnny Quick looks on. Wonder Woman is seen in her Invisible Plane in fourth panel and again in last panel. The Spectre, Robotman, Shining Knight, Victory and Johnny Quick each appear in only one panel each (aside from tiny group shot in second to last panel), while Superman appears in four panels and Wonder Woman in two. Top two panels were original art replacements, tape in place on back of artboard. Top margin has "All-Star" title abbreviation w/inked issue number and month of publication. Right margin has faint penciled notation regarding Wonder Woman panel. All corners have been clipped, none affecting art. Back has DC copyright inkstamp. Aside from even aging to screentone accents, art remains clean and Exc.
