DescriptionCLICK HERE FOR AUCTION LISTING!9x14" acetate sheet numbered "A3" at top right features hand-painted original art for production animation cel for Hayao Miyazaki's 1992 Japanese animated adventure fantasy film Porco Rosso. Cel has image area measuring approx. 7.5x11.75" and depicts the titular character, Porco Rosso (a former World War I fighter ace who hunts air pirates despite the curse which has changed him into a anthropomorphic pig) from the upper chest up. Cel presents great image of Porco Rosso looking right at the viewer, his goggle atop his flight helmet. Cel displays NM w/no cracks or flakes to paint and comes w/printed sky bkg. Cel also comes w/double mat and is ready for framing. Japanese "The Art Of Porco Rosso" artbook also included. You would be hard pressed to find a nicer animation cel from one of Miyazaki's masterpieces. Social/Sharing |
