DescriptionDave Stevens did very little work for Marvel. One of the books he was officially credited on was some inking on What If #16 -- "What If Shang-Chi Master of Kung Fu Fought on the Side of Fu Manchu?", along with Bill Wray. While Stevens is often thought to have worked on the whole of the book (and collectors/dealers are apt to offer any page from that book as having Stevens inks!), he actually only worked on 8 pages - 35-39 and 42-44. This is documented on the official Stevens website, davestevens.com, in the "Checklist" section. This is one of those pages. I got to pick from a group of pages from this story and I felt that Stevens' hand is very apparent here, with a very Bruce Lee-like Shang Chi and other great characterizations.Social/Sharing |

A great page with Shang-Chi obsessed with finding his father! I guess he had a conscience after all to know what's good and evil. With a cast of hundreds fighting like the end of Enter the Dragon.
