Description

Sheffeild based comics sellers World of Superheroes have some amazing original art, including some fantastic pages from the sadly missed Dave Taylor. When I saw the prices I knew I had to get one.

The old cliche hold this is so much better in the flesh. In particular though the colours used in print for this one drown out how wonderful this page is. The colours work perfectly in context of the story and really enhance the work as a piece of storytelling. However as a piece of art they take away from how exceptional this one is.

From the fantastic story written by Ken Niemend this page has all I want from one from this story. The three central characters, 'Dredd' (Rico), Beeny and Hershey a flash of action, great storytelling and most importantly a fantasitc sense of the setting.

Very happy to have this one.
