Description

Large and impressive 30" x 40" board features oil painting original art by acclaimed fantasy and album artist Ken Kelly (1946-2022). Art was for proposed third book in Robert Adams' Stairway To Forever series of fantasy novels, but unfortunately Adams passed away just a year after publishing the second novel. Back of board has large handwritten "'Stairway To Forever' #3" notation. Kelly has signed at lower left. The auction house that originally sold this received it directly from the Kelly Estate.

This is good enough to be used fr anything! The battle of man against beast is in a fever pitch! Incredible lighting by Kelly to show a golden glow and polished finish!

What a shame the author passed away and this never saw print. It is a beautiful painting.
