It's hard to tell, but is every panel a paste-up? I love these old Golden Age books about Gangsters. He wants to heist enough money to go live in one of those hostelries the Nazis were running in South America. Hot and cold running cockroaches. What a life goal!

Funny how the tough guy's face is obscured in the top two panels, but I love all the visible mugs on this page!
