I'm not really into splashes or covers. I prefer panel pages because they deal more with storytelling and compostion but when the splash to my favorite Man-Thing story came up on ebay I couldn't resist. The image is larger than normal with notations as to the percentage it is to be reduced to. I asked Gerber about this when he was a guest at the Kansas City ComiCon but he had no idea why it was done that way. Signed by Gerber and Palmer.
