Description
I was lucky enough to score one of these prints with the remarque. For my character i chose Cheetah from DWJ’s Wonder Woman book. I love the way he re-envisioned her! And here she is as a luchadore!! Kinda sad this isn’t in my luchadore book but at least i have a DWJ in there already. When the final issue of that book came out i refused to read the last issue. The series was just too good and i didn’t want it to end! I finally read the whole series in one sitting and it is just fantastic!! See additional images for the print set as offered by felix.

During the height of his all in wrestling era!  Even before I knew he was going to do Transformers, I was already on board with the dynamic he brought to the page by his biggest hits up to that point.

I posted a sketch he did in my luchadore book but he did it before he got into wrestling.   I'm very curious what he'd do in that book today.   If (big if) I ever get a chance to get a doodle from him again I will have to find out.   when I get a get sketch in that book I always tell the artist to just draw a luchadore of their design.   I try to avoid duplicating artists but I think I can make an exception for DWJ.
