This is the second page from the first instalment of The Book Of Runes, a short lived comic strip that appeared in the pages of Warlock: The Fighting Fantasy Magazine.

Appearing at a rate of two pages an issue, it first appeared in issue 12 (Oct/Nov 86) and would've ran for 10 episodes. Sadly Warlock ended with issue 13 and the final eight instalments never saw the light of day with only two parts/four pages of artist Darren Chandler's story published. However, more to come...

Warlock was published by Penguin (#1 to #5) and by Games Workshop (#6 to #13).
