Wood channeling Will Eisner. Was this before or after he worked on the Spirit?
Spirit in Outer Space started July 1952 - this page was published March 1951.
This sure does channel Will Eisner. It's a beautiful page. The Spirit was first published in 1940 through 1952, so it was near the end.
