Iron Man by Marco Nelor

You ever stumble across one of those artists where you're just drawn to their work? Not for any one reason but a handful of different things? Marco Nelor is one of those artists for me. His work with screentones is borderline unparalleled and I'm a big fan of the manga influences in his pieces. It pulls in a kinetic energy that few others can capture while doing it all with a brilliant design sense and supreme level of craft.

I'm partial to his Alita pieces in particular (highly, HIGHLY recommend checking them out on his Instagram) but so many of the characters he touches just look better coming from his pen. This Iron Man piece is no exception. Marco drew in inspiration from Akira (one of my favorite mangas) and the Marvel vs. Capcom game (a formative piece of media for my taste in art) and pulled them together to create this magnificent piece of art.
