Description
Jesse Lonergan can tell more story in a single page than most others can in a whole book. His storytelling capabilities and compositions are almost unrivalled in the world of sequential art. Even more, it has such a distinctive and attractive style that his work practically jumps off the shelves. One only needs to see his latest masterpiece, Drome, to know what I mean.

That storytelling mastery is on full display in this piece. I asked Jesse for an Iron Man piece that incorporates his brilliant compositions. This is what he came up with. Gobsmacked when I saw it, I asked Jesse to share a little more on the piece. He said that it showcases Tony's escape from the cave and journey to the future. Is there anyone else that is as effective in telling that much story in such little space?

Master of storytelling design in the comics space!  He's one artist where you want more panels in his artwork!  It's also has inspirational religious symbolism with man's journey to escape from depths of hell to ascend to the heavens through enlightenment.

Absolutely killer result. Jesse keeps pushing the boundaries of awesome. The bits of zip as elements is a fantastic touch.

Outstanding! Great commission choice to begin with, but Lonergan incorporates so many of the design elements and techniques that we have seen across his books. The end result is stellar.
