Supaidaman and Leopardon

I fell in love with Ed's rain series. They were so moody and emotional. The Super Sentai Series in Japan concluded its run after 50 years last Sunday, February 8, 2026. It was a half a century of TV shows! The cool thing is that the Supaidaman TV series in Japan played an important role for Super Sentai and it was the use of a giant robot.

Himitsu Sentai Gorenger and J.A.K.Q. Dengekitai were the first "sentai" teams but Battle Fever J introduced the first robot so they were officially the first "Super Sentai" team.

I love it when the main characters stand on the shoulders of their mecha. As a kid, I loved the illusion. I thought they were real! I asked Ed to do his take on it and boy oh boy did he knock it out of the park. I am SO VERY HAPPY on how this turned out! I thanked him profusely when he sent me the image. Just amazing work from the veteran artist!
