What If…? Dark: Carnage Page 17

Carnage has escaped his cell in Ravencroft, in a rush to capture him a soldier has detonated a sonic bomb which causes the floor to collapse. Carnage discovered a previously hidden root system, which is actually an offshoot of Yggdrasil which Dormammu has been cultivating as part of a larger plan, which Carnage is now at risk of ruining.

In this page, Carnage is running around the roots and unwittingly is on a path to the past. Dormammu takes his follower Cortland Casady and transforms him into Dark Carnage to take care of his descendent.

I love the energy in this page, of course the great use of Kirby krackle.
