I'm thrilled to add this character design for Spidey's newest villian, TORMENT, who debuted in the recent DEATH SPIRAL story arc! Wonderfully thought out by Ed McGuinness showing us all the thought that went into it with the notes.

It was great to see editor Nick Lowe share the final color version of the design in an interview with AIPTcomics.com David Brooke on April 29, 2026!

Great design piece! The spiral design sort of evokes the Knull/Absolute Carnage stuff that Stegman was doing for awhile although I'm not caught up to the story so I'm guessing it's unrelated.
