Deadpool / Batman #1 (Marvel/DC, 2025)

Holy chimichangas -- hope you've got wall space, because this thing is HUGE! But when you're bringing together two absolute titans in Marvel and DC's first blockbuster crossover in decades, what else can you do but go BIG? The premise was irresistible: the grim, hyper-serious World's Greatest Detective crossing paths with Wade Wilson, the rent-dodging, fourth-wall-cracking Merc with a Mouth, right in the middle of Gotham City. Demand was so high, this massive artwork appeared on the third printing, after the issue blew through its initial runs. Beyond the main event, the issue also packed an anthology of dream Marvel/DC pairings, including Captain America with Wonder Woman and Daredevil with Green Arrow. The latter was illustrated by Kubert, a creator whose career has seamlessly bridged both publishers on major titles like Action Comics and Wolverine. Big, bold, and gloriously unhinged -- just how Deadpool likes it.
