Offered here is 4.75x7.25" envelope that has been hand-addressed to Murray and bears Jan. 17, 1945 North Hollywood, CA postmark. Envelope has been wonderfully illustrated w/pen and ink original art featuring portraits of Dagwood and Blondie, stars of the long-running comic strip Blondie. Art is by Blondie creator Chic Young (1901-1973), who has signed art. Envelope is evenly aged, shows some lt. handling wear and shows glue staining as once sealed. VF overall.
