Snake Eyes: Deadgame Unused Homage Cover

snake eyes: dead game come out in 2020-21 if i remember correctly. it was a 5 issue romp written and drawn by rob liefeld. im sure some folks really liked the comic but i think for the most part it was panned for both the story and interiors. i never really was into the comic but the artwork looks to me like liefeld did a fine liefeld job. im not sure what folks expected. i picked up this unused cover a couple years back. according to the seller snake eyes: deadgame was set to have several homage variant covers with a gi joe take. hulk 181 new mutants 87 and this take on frank millers wolverine tpb. i guess the homage variant gimmick was scrapped before this image was published. i really enjoy frank millers effort with the wolverine tpb cover and the idea of the image featuring gi joe characters was a bit too much to pass on. its a huge image and displays very well. there was a print produced and the seller included it with the original art auction.
