Coloring was done by John Kalisz. Color guide is from Iron Man #331, published by Marvel Aug. 1996. Cover features Iron Man being attacking by an army of various Iron Man armors. Color guide has handwritten notation at left reading "All Energy Dots Reversed Out To R40B15" as a printing effect was utilized for the final cover. Sheet shows handling wear w/crease and staple hole at upper left corner. Fine/VF overall.
