My Inked Interpretation (Just For Fun) Of A JIM LEE Double-Page Spread For SUPERMAN/SPIDER-MAN, DC, 2026

Seeing Jim Lee’s double-page spread featuring Gambit for the new Superman/Spider-Man DC/Marvel crossover all over social media--and having been the regular inker on WEB OF SPIDER-MAN and SPDER-MAN 2099 in the 1990s--I couldn’t resist having a go at inking the great artist’s pencils. So, hot off my drawing board (before I could be influenced by anyone else’s take on this) here’s my attempt. It was fun trying to pretend to be Jim’s ace inking sidekick Scott Williams—but, after that, I think I need a lie-down!
