Description
Not a lot to say about this one. The book came out when I was in my late twenties, so not really following comics at that time. But it is a splash with a "claws out" Wolvie and by an artist that I remember from the 90's when he was killing it on Impulse and Crimson. Seen Humberto at a couple of conventions over the years. Prices in his portfolio were out of my league. So glad to pick this up for what I did.

HA Description: Humberto Ramos and Carlos Cueva New X-Men #46 "Messiah CompleX" Splash Page 4 Original Art (Marvel, 2008). "Kill them all." is the order given by Exodus to the combined forces of the Acolytes and Marauders as they close ranks around the recently formed X-Force in the penultimate chapter of the consequential "Messiah CompleX" crossover, which was also the final issue of New X-Men (don't get us started... that stealth cancellation still hurts). There is an astonishing -- some might even say uncanny -- number of characters featured here, but let's start with the heroes: Wolverine, Wolfsbane, Hepzibah, Warpath, and Bishop (though calling him a hero at this point in the crossover is questionable). On the villains' side: Lady Mastermind (bleeding out on the ground), Omega Sentinel, Unuscione, Vertigo, Scrambler, Frenzy, Harpoon, Random, Scalphunter, Riptide, Tempo, Exodus, Arclight, and Sunfire.
Rendered in ink over blue pencil on Marvel Bristol board with an image area of 9" x 14.5". Light handling wear. In Excellent condition.

Those who read it loved it!  Those who didn't read it, loved Ramos' artwork for the book!  It's that slick cartoonist style that the 90's promised, but with an ability to be on time monthly!
