This is the Amazing Spider-Man (volume 7) issue 26 page 2-3 double page splash from part 7 of the "DEATH SPIRAL" arc drawn by Francesco Manna! This issue was published April 8, 2026. Manna drummed up high octane, double page splash with Torment and Carnage merged chasing our friendly neighborhood Spider-Man! This arc brought the MAXIMUM CARNAGE vibes bringing Spidey, Venom, and Carnage together to face an entirely new foe, Torment.

We first saw Carnage combine with Torment on the last page of Venom 256 drawn by Carlos Gomez. My understanding is that art was done digitally, making this the second page with Tormentage and the first OA page. Bleeding Cool did an interest article with some inspiration and background on Spidey's newest foe, Torment HERE.
