I think Groot is just trying to get Thanos to put on some clothes.
I kind of appreciate the naked Thanos page. Not far off from a Savage Land depiction of Thanos if you ask me lol. He even comes fully loaded with action lines from the naked backside. It also compliments my almost nude Star-lord page from this same series lol. Guardians of the Galaxy was always about humor and why not add in a naked Thanos. I am sure that's how they came up with this depiction of Thanos.
