Eric Canete’s convention commission (?)

This one is a mystery. Eric was at one of the Wonder Con conventions in San Francisco. I requested a sketch from him and I described to him what I wanted to see. He said yes and asked me to come back later. I did but he not at his table and I believe he was gone for the day. I considered that as a missed opportunity and forgot all about it. Years later I saw this drawing on, I believe, Essenttial Sequential, web page. It looked just like the image that I had described to Eric at SF Wonder Con. I considered that a serendipity.
