Even in 1990, this felt so retro as they drew this in a Howard the Duck manner that would fit into the Colan and Lealoha era..
Dude--not too long ago I picked up the same thing, except Tim did Grips (not a duck version, lol). But it was detailed pencils, from 1990, same type of paper, Quinn putting some dialogue on it, everything.
Maybe it was from the same ebay seller? I had a duck theme when I first started going to cons and I've always thought Faust was a cool character, so this one was on my radar. It was just a bit pricy for me at first. But the seller finally lowered the price and it was a nice surpise that the paper was bigger that I thought it was at 11x14.
