Beautiful piece. I have always been a big fan of Archangel and sinister. Real nice piece capturing the essence of these two personalities even outside of the context of this story.
Beautiful details, with Sinister commanding the stage! (SUCH a drama queen, right?) Love the negative space used for the tendrils of his cape / cloak here (beautifully popping Sinister out from the background), and the slick, tight hatching used on his feet is really wicked. And awesome figure work on Archangel as well - you can absolutely feel his pain. Great choice and effect to keep Archangel mostly "white" so Sinister's "black" stands in sharp contrast. A super slick page, James - really gorgeous! FANTASTIC work by Philip here! Another great add!
It's a great villainous pose, worthy even of Doom or Magneto. The lighting is very effective on this one. Very nice splash.
