Defenders #137 pg13 don perlin & kim demulder, nice Angel page

This was before X-Factor got the original X-Men team back together and fans could see that characters like Angel, Beast, Iceman, were still viable characters.

He's gonna need more than lotion to fix those dry hands.

A great 6 vertical panel Angel page! I love the transition from full silhouette to up close and highly detailed between panels 4 and 5! Another great content to price ratio Perlin page which is getting a lot harder with most Bronze Age Marvel. Congrats! 

Really loved the Angel design when I was just getting into comics as a kid. Still  do today. Just a marvelous page!

Today on Jeopardy, I'll take Bronze Age Marvel for $500 and under, Alex. All of it. Put it in the bag. Now.

I enjoy a good page with one of our merry mutants no matter what team they are on at the time.

An absolutely EXCELLENT Angel focused page, indeed. Really great, actually. You'd be hard pressed to track down a better page with solo Angel action on it. The prices on these still represent some of the very few remaining "great bang for your buck" pages in the hobby.

Really love the silhouette use in the 4th panel! Great page!

A great sequence, with superb poses in the second and sixth panels. So dynamic! I remember that page well. Great pick-up!

Perlin was underated! This page is a good example of the work he did on this title!
