Level Up page 160 by Thien Pham

In the original graphic novel Level Up written by Gene Yang and drawn by Thien Pham, protagonist Dennis Ouyang studies to become a doctor while fighting his urge to play video games. The authors dedicated the book to their brothers who work in the medical field and being "good Asian sons.". In the final chapter, medical student Dennis meets with the gastroenterology instructor doing a colonoscopy. The doctor operates with a flexible tube with a fiber optic camera at the end. He demonstrates removing polyps from the patient. He turns the control device to Dennis who demonstrates his skills honed in video games to operating on a patient. In this final page, the doctor is quite impressed and exhorts: "Show me what you got, Dennis! Show me what you got!"<br>
