Batman Gotham By Gaslight A League For Justice #3 (Cover C Variant Chris Stevens Card Stock Cover)

There are only two artists of whom I have purchased three different covers. One is Alex Ross. The other is Chris Stevens. I met Chris at Dallas Fan Expo. I can't remember if it was 2017 or 2018 but around that time. He had two covers he was selling at that show that caught my eye. One was a gray tone Ultimate FF Cover with Dr. Doom. The other was a full color Bullseye #1. I wanted Bullseye but I decided to buy the Dr. Doom because Chris wanted a little less for it. A couple years later I landed the Bullseye cover in a trade, but of course I let it go to buy something else. So I was just waiting to bring a Stevens cover back into the collection. 

He really seems to be having a moment. You could call this his "wall power" era. His color palette has really been elevated and the detail and action are so much more dynamic than his earlier work. Big thanks Felix. Hopefully this one will stick around for a while.
