Description

Steve Lyons and I interviewed Ron Smethurst for Doctor Who Magazine in the early 1990s. He had been the art director/editor at World Distributors in Manchester and he told us that he had painted this cover himself.

This art was was not generally known to still exist until it turned up for auction in June 2026.
