Doctor Doom 1-of-1 OriginalSketched Live! Official Art Battle

A completed original entry illustrated completely live during the Sketched Live! broadcast on YouTube. Due to the high-speed format of the live art battle, this piece was executed in half the traditional rendering time.

As a special constraint, I bypassed the penciling phase entirely, applying traditional markers straight to the blank card stock with no preliminary sketch. The close-up portrait layout captures the Latverian monarch using a stark dual-lighting chiaroscuro scheme, contrasting cool metallic blue highlights across his iron faceplate against a warm, high-saturation yellow-orange light source. Complete with the official "Sketched Live!" stamp in the lower corner.
