I love McGuinness' work, and I feel fortunate to have a few pieces by him. This cover to me is awesome, showing the classic Marvel characters bursting into the scene as some of the newer incarnations of those characters are watching... Of course, I love this cover because Cap is right there front and center! This is an homage to Giant Size X-Men #1, and McGuinness recognizes that in the signature saying it's after Gil Kane... Big thank you to Dino for letting this one go!

The homages to this cover have been done to death, but McGuinness still brings life to it with the lineup of heroes old and new!  Cap leading the charge is the main selling point with all of Marvel following his lead!
