7.25x20.25" thin artboard contains original art pencils and inks (w/screentone accents) for the Aug. 3, 1963 Bullwinkle daily comic strip. Strip features Boris and Natasha reading the Bullwinkle comic strip. Original art is by Alfred R. Kilgore (1927-1983), who signed his work Al Kilgore, was an American artist who worked on the Bullwinkle comic strip for the Bell-McClure Syndicate between 1962 and 1967. A syndicated daily newspaper comic strip titled Bullwinkle which began on July 23, 1962 w/original stories that ran until 1965. Artboard has lt. aging/handling wear w/lt. margin soiling.
