All I know is that the strip did start at the end of 1990, so this might be a very early one when the TMNT were just dominating the airwaves and expanding the empire!

This was Published in the daily/Sunday Mirror, a newspaper in the UK.
The show was re-named “Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles” for the UK because of controversy surrounding ninjas and ninja related weapons, such as nunchucks, at the time.
