My Hand-Drawn Ink Recreation of Transformers: The Movie #2 Cover.

To celebrate the 40th anniversary of Marvel Comics 3-part adaptation of 'The Transformers: The Movie'--which appeared only one year before I began working on Marvel UK's Transformers comics-- I thought I'd add my newest Re-Ink-Arnations: a recreation of the cover of #2.

Drawn originally by Perlin, Akin and Garvey in 1986, this is a newly-inked version (or ReInkArnation), by me in my own style.

PLEASE NOTE: This unpublished cover recreation is entirely hand-inked by me, over a pre-printed ‘blueline’ copy of the published cover art. The only other part of the cover not hand-inked is the logo and ‘trade dress’ which has been pre-printed onto the 240 gsm Bristol board prior to inking.
