Congratulations on a really fun and terrifically illustrated Todd McFarlane story!  The splash page is just great and it even has a Killing Joke parody built in!  Super cool addition to your fantastic collection!

Regarding the signatures, I am virtually certain "Jim Shooter" is the one to the right of "No Way this sees print!"

The other signature in question may be "Jerry Robinson" given his affiliation with Batman, but I am not certain on this one.  

Sorry for the response to my own post; but I just noticed there is a "Frank Miller" signature in the bottom margin of the splash to the left of McFarlane's signature.  Frank's signature maybe ties in to his name being on the bat.  

Also, I am now virtually certain that I was correct in my Jerry Robinson guess for the other signature you asked about.  I found a Jerry Robinson signed plate on a Limited Edition National Cartoonist Society porfolio and the signature on your page is a dead ringer for the one on the portfolio plate!
