Kristen Kreuk

This is a piece I completed a few years ago. This is my depiction of Kristen Kreuk, aka Lana Lang Luthor (hopefully not much longer) from CW's Smallville. The photo I used was from Starweek magazine (it was the year that the series moved to CityTV for those who live in Canada). The hardest part about it was getting the eyes and the hair right. The enigmatic nature behind them (the eyes) had to be captured for this piece to work, so it is my hope that I managed to pull that off in the eyes of my esteemed critics....you guys. As for the hair it was a matter of finding the right lead and a lot of smudging. Etched on 9 1/2 x 12 with graphic pencils. Right now (April 22/07) it is on Ebay for auction and for sale.
