Description
Done for rob, curator of the Aquaman Shrine ( http://aquamanshrine.blogspot.com/ ) His sketchbook already had sketches by Nick Cardy, Ramona Fradon and Jim Aparo, so I felt like I had to give it my best shot.

You had me at Aquaman. In decades of collecting comics, it was the only time I ever bought the title. I still remember sitting there with my mouth agape at the awe and majesty of Aquaman, Atlantis and the oceans that you captured so effortlessly, but no one has seemed to find since. Your raw talent and meticulous draftsmanship, on display in here, in the Warlock plate (in Eric Delos Santos' gallery), and in numerous other comissions and drawings are truly remarkable. Thank you for sharing them with us.

WOW! Craig, I think you went beyond "giving it your best shot" you friggin' knocked it out of the park!!! The piece is simply stunning. While I am sure that it is a tremendous contribution to a great sketchbook it is almost a shame that the piece will never hang on the wall anywhere. I am very happy you posted and shared it here, otherwise this masterpiece would only be seen when the book is opened. Now all can enjoy.
