first of all, this scan sucks. my scanner doesn't do so well with pencils but is just awesome with pen-and-ink. maybe i should experiment some more.
now, on to the art: this is the cover to a DC-produced children's book. it's in the format of Golden Books, those kids' books with the leafy, gold spine. ben did all the art in pencil and scanned it in (obviously with a scanner better than mine). then they inked and colored the images in photoshop. this one in particular got a significant change in the computer process: the DC execs thought it looked like wonder woman was about to flip somebody off. so they angled her arm using the computer program.
