DescriptionI have got this piece from a good friend years back. . This piece is from my opinion the best interior page from the book and it has been published in "The Art of Simon Bisley". Again, the photo doesn't do this piece justice. Slaine is the first comic book i read (Book 3 published by Fleetway which contains this page, later ofcoz i bought Book 1 & 2 as well) and the first time i see Bisley art!!Social/Sharing |

Simply an extraordinary Bisley's painting. All the bestiality of Slaine is expressed in this splash. Thanks for sharing !

This piece really sticks out in my mind as an exemplary piece showing the berserk fury of Slaine during battle. Fantastic!

You kinda forget how beautiful these pages are! I had a problem with some of the artwork in Book III back in the day, particularly the splash pages. But seeing it today in the featured artwork, it really takes your breath away. What gorgeous colour and design. Fantastic stuff from one of the finest ever British Comics.
