She may not be a comic book creator, but no one can lay better claim to being a comic book character than Noel Neill. Neill portrayed Lois Lane in the original serials with Kirk Alyn, as well as in the "Adventures of Superman" TV show opposite George Reeves, beginning in the second season. A charming lady, it was a pleasure to finally meet her in person at the September 2007 Charlotte Comicon. (Pay no attention to that guy standing behind us.)
