Description
This a cover "prelim" for the Gi Joe Scarlett special that Phil dew.This is a great piece with a trademark Noto female character without falling in the same pose process he does over and over again.And since I much prefer his pencil work(though this is not as nice as his recent grayscales pieces) than his painted one,I couldn't be happier :)
