This may sound wacky but you can get the wrinkles out of that piece of art. What you do is, but get the other stuff ready first, is to use a large sponge with water and wet down the back of the artwork. Have a flat dry area ready, lay down another sheet of bristol and have some heavy weights close by like phone books or any large flat object. Once you wet the artwork lay it flat face down on the other sheet of bristol an lay a sheet of regular bond paper over the wet back and lay the heavy object over the art, make sure you smooth the art out once you lay it down. The water will make the paper buckle and and warp but as it dries under the heavy object it will flatten out. Water is used to make paper water will get the wrinkles out. I've done this a few times with folded over artwork and unless the inks are cracked the paper will snap back to it's original shape. Make sure not to get the ink side wet.
