Description
Ethan Van Sciver was doing concept sketches on how he would re-design some charcters. I came in just as he was doing Plasticman and the suggestion was to make him look more badass, change his goggles, etc. At the end I got this and some else got a kickass Green Arrow redesign (ARRRGG!!!). Done at Fanexpo 2006
